APPLE CRISP

Here's my mom's apple crisp recipe - I love it with vanilla ice cream!

8 cups sliced apples
1.5 cups crown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1.5 nutmeg
2/3 cup margarine (soft)

Bake at 375 degrees. Apples on bottom. Mixed remaining ingredients on top. (Mix crisp before slicing apples so they don’t go brown). Bake about 30 minutes, until crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
