I love this recipe! Well, I guess I have always loved raspberries and pretzels - so it's perfect for me.
2 c pretzel sticks pre-crushed
3 tbsp sugar
¾ c butter (melted)
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 pkg frozen raspberries
1 pkg cool whip (12 oz. or more)
1 lg box raspberry jell-o
2 c boiling water
Mix sugar and butter than pour over crushed pretzels and mix all together. Pat into 9 x 13” pan and bake at 400° for 7 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese with cool whip and spread on pretzel layer. It works better when the cool whip and cream cheese have been thawed a bit. Mix jell-o and water. Stir in frozen raspberries. Pour over second layer. Refrigerate overnight.
